Q: Why is your shipping so high? A: Fair question. Because of the way this original website was cobbled together it cannot currently do shipping calculations. So our shipping both adds up the individual shipping for each item and is configured for shipments to the West Coast, as all of our customers have found out, we charge actual shipping plus a small handling fee for boxes/labor. Any difference between actual shipping and what was charged by Paypal will be refunded.
Q: Are you open on weekends? A: Short answer No, we are a 3 person shop that only functions if all 3 are here, thus no way to switch days etc. Orders placed online over the weekends will be promptly dealt with on Monday mornings. If you are a client and wish to set up an appointment to have us come up here on a weekend to save you on shipping, give us a call to set it up.
