We guarantee everything we sell to be as advertised.
If you have a problem all you need to do is contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Drums
Drums have a 6 month guarantee on the head. If the head breaks we will send you a call tag (A UPS Return Label) so that you can ship the drum back. Often we can have it repaired by a trusted individual in your area. DD&S will cover all the costs. After 6  months you pay the shipping to us and we will rehead the drum and send it back. After 1  years you pay all shipping costs and I will give you a good deal on putting a new head on.  You can also purchase a DVD and a new skin if you want to do it yourself.

Goatskins and Cowhides

We inspect all skins and hides before shipping, but sometimes a flaw slips past.
If you find a problem like a pin hole or tear contact us. We will replace the skin at our cost.
