Warranty info - Djembe Drums & Skins
We guarantee everything we sell to be as advertised.
If you have a problem all you need to do is contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Drums
Drums have a 6 month guarantee on the head unless over tightened or damaged by abuse not normal usage.
If the head breaks we will send you a call tag (A UPS Return Label) so that you can ship the drum back. Often we can have it repaired by a trusted individual in your area. DD&S will cover all the costs. After 6 months you pay the shipping to us and we will re-head the drum and send it back. After 1 year you pay all shipping costs and I will give you a good deal on putting a new head on. You can also purchase a new skin and use Youtube as a guide to help you learn to re-head it yourself.
Goatskins and Cowhides
We inspect all skins and hides before several times before shipping, but sometimes a flaw can slip past.
On our full goatskins we guarantee that some where on each hide you can get at least a 22" round, yes they may have holes or cuts but you will always be able to avoid them and get a 22" round or larger with a centered spine.
If you find a problem like a pin hole or tear that can not be avoided when you receive it, take a picture of it and text it to our cell phone @ (865) 318-7287 please include your name and order number in your text.
We will replace the skin at our cost.
