All the PayPal prices shown are for shipping to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and countries outside of the USA is higher and this cost will be charged to you. If your purchase is to be shipped to a country other then the USA you need to contact me via email, skype, phone, or IM etc, and we will discuss shipping costs. We do ship internationally using the US Postal Service which we have found to be the cheapest rate so far.
For Lower 48 Orders
All shipping costs to the lower 48 states in the USA are based on shipping costs to California from Tennessee. We will partially reimburse shipping costs for orders where shipping is less than these published rates.
